Get Educated In Gym

8th period the last class of the day I have gym. Countless running and drenched in sweat, are perceptions people may form in their head about gym, but not I. I actually learn information that will impact my life forever. For example Mr.G had my class take notes in class about the five comments of health, which are cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and body composition(BMI). At the time he told us to do that's I did not understand why this is important. However in class today  I understood the importance of those terms. I will be creating s fitness workout for a\member seeking help at the gym. This project Mr.G have us doing do not limit us only to research but the career of a personal trainer. Furthermore I was able to make a connection what aerobic and anaerobic activity was due to taking AP Biology with Ms.Lall. It's funny how two totally different classes can relate. I'm so eager to begin this project in gym that consist of me creating a fitness plan for a person who is 25 years old and older. What really fascinate me about this project is that I now know the information about getting fit, and when I get older I at the gym they may say if you pay an extra $40 you can get your own personal trainer, yet I would not apply because I know the information and the skills they use.
It's not about being skinny but fit !
